If you are not satisfied with the order or if you simply changed your mind, you can return the item(s) and obtain a refund of the price of the item(s) bought. Shipping costs won't be refunded.

Once you have returned the order to us we will issue a refund to you (delivery charges won't be refunded).
You have 14 days to post the return to us from when you have notified us of your wish to return the order by filling out the online form. We strongly advise you to use recorded means of delivery, so that you can obtain a proof of postage for the items you send, as they will be under your responsibility whilst in transit.
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receipt of your online form through the same method of payment you used for the order. If the item(s) is properly returned in time we will refund the price of th item(s): shipping costs won't be refunded. We do not accept packages with shipping paid by the recipient: we won't withdrow them. Any customs fees for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
If the item(s) does not reach our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation form, we will ask you for proof of postage and we will wait for receipt of the item before issuing the refund.
CONDITIONS IN WHICH TO RETURN THE ITEMS
In order to obtain a full refund you will need to return the items with the tag still on, the items must be the same as the one/s you received, and tried as you would try them in a dressing room at a traditional And Camicie store. They must not present traces of wear and tear, stains or dirt of whichever nature. Items with a removed tag will be considered damaged. REFUND FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we receive a damaged item, we will follow the current legislation on “reduction in value of the goods”: a damaged item cannot go back to the original market, and it will have to be undersold to a stockist. This also applies where an item is returned without the price tag, or where the item appears worn or somewhat used in a different manner as opposed to simply tried on as in the dressing room of a traditional store.
The value of the damaged item is the same as the purchase price of the stockist, as follows:
€ 10,00 for shirts, blouses, vests and accessories (excluding wristbands)
€ 25,00 for jackets, sweaters, cardigans, etc.
CHANGE OF SIZE/COLOUR
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you will have to make a new order: order it suddenly to be sure to find it, then send back to us the first one (see above) and ask for the refund.
